10. Limitation of Liability

Jata bat's liability for any financial loss, data loss, or other damages arising from use of the platform is limited to the maximum extent permitted. jata bat is not responsible for issues caused by technical errors, server downtime, or disruptions to third-party services.

Any profits or losses from gaming are entirely the user's own responsibility. jata bat does not guarantee any game outcome and makes no promise of winnings.
